Frequently asked questions
Will the figures fit under the ceiling?+
Indoors we need a clear height of at least 3.5 metres. Tell us the ceiling heights, arcades and passageways included, and we’ll tell you which figure fits.
What about the escalators?+
We don’t use escalators or lifts. We need a level route on one floor and a changing room nearby.
Can the figures hand out promotional material?+
Yes, we’re happy to hand out the centre’s giveaways and flyers. It’s the quickest way to start a conversation with shoppers anyway.
